    All my stuff is missing..can I have it back please?

    The short answer is no, you can't. The long answer is..ermm longer.

    The only way people get in to your account is if you give out the pass, the pass was too easy to guess (just a name, or a dictionary word etc) or you've downloaded something nasty on to your PC (like a keylogger etc). It may sound horrible, but if you've done that - well you have to accept responsibility for it, I'm afraid. As your furni is probably long-gone, we can't start taking it back either. It's a tough lesson - but if you keep your pass a mix of numbers, letters and symbols (!,£,$,%# etc) and don't let it get out - you've got nothing to worry about!

    Who am I?

    I'm colmc and I work for Habbo HQ, looking after Customer Service. In my spare time, I love to travel..which is crazy, as I travel a lot for work too! I'm a big reader (classic literature - yeah those boring books they make you read at school!) and a bit of an internet addict too.

    ..but I never get a reply from Habbo!

    You do..you just don't receive it. Probably because you haven't verified your email address, you opted out of receiving mails from us or you're using a email provider like Hotmail/M(S)N/Windows Live or AOL.

    Those email providers often block our mail from arriving in your inbox - so when we reply, their servers eat it! We recommend you update your Habbo email to a better provider (your ISP/Yahoo! or Googlemail for example!)

    How do I get help with Habbo?

    Easy! Visit the Help Section (www.habbo.co.uk/help) and search our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). Nearly everything you need to know is there! If you can't find an answer, then click "Contact Us (Help Tool)" on the bottom of that page!

    Can't you help me? Can't I email you to get my problem solved? Can't I phone Habbo or write to them?

    No, no, no, and you can - but it just takes a long time!

    The FAQ's answer almost everything..and we add new ones all the time! If they don't help, then the Help Tool is the only place to go. Don't ring, email staff directly, write, fax or send carrier pigeons. Especially not pigeons. They're just messy!

      you are making a HUGE mistake....
      Why are you deleting old habbo?? srsly no point -.-!! Already changes have happened its already shockingly quiet, friends have left :@ and the list carries on!!
      Seriously if you delete old habbo it will be the worst thing you have ever ever done
      So just stop and leave it before everyone else leaves this....!! thanks
