A: Erm, I play volleyball outside during thunderstorms, so I guess that can count as being extreme! It's hard to play though. Water gets in my eyes when I try to spike. :(

A: Good question! I've always been a fan of community management, so if anything I'd go for that. However, I like having the ability to work from the comfort of my own offices. So it might be a while before the UK office staff see me lurking about.
