    Are you fit?

    Do you eat 5 fruits everyday?
    Do you /walk/bike/run/ to school?
    Do you go to a sport club?
    Do you walk your pet (if have one)
    Do you do atleast a mile jog a day
    Do you go to a gym?

    If you do all of these, take a break atleast for 3 days too much sport can cause disease in legs. Death. Asma attacks. Heart attacks.
