I doubt very much taht anyone is getting banned for no reason whatsoever, and if that is the case there are approraite channels to open a dispute with the Habbo support team. They are being discussed on the uservoice forum yes; how do you know they aren't doing anything about it? They made a whole section dedicated to it... and you think they aren't going to listen...? Hmm!

Whenever I have nothing to do, I read the help guides (www.habbo.co.uk/help) and refresh my memory on the terms and conditions and the Habbo Way. I rely on my expeirences to answer peoples queries also.

The information they need is:
* Email address used to create the account
* Details of any other email addresses on the account
* Your ISP (Internet server provider - AOL, BT, Virgin Media etc)
* Details of any bans on the account
* Details of all Credit transactions and payment methods (credit card, mobile phone, home phone etc - if you used a phone, please include the phone number too!)
