How do I get a new password sent to me?

If you have forgotten your password or had your account stolen and YOU KNOW the date of birth and email address on your account then you can use the Forgotten Password Tool to restore it.

Please note: the above link will only work if you are not logged in to a Habbo account!

In order to restore your password manually you will require the following account information:
* Habbo Account name
* Date of Birth
* Email address currently in use on the account (you MUST have access to this email account and it MUST be a non-AOL/Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live email account registered to your account).

If you have an AOL/Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live email address on your account, we suggest that your change your Habbo account to an email address from your ISP/Gmail/Yahoo! etc before trying to get a new password.

If you cannot change your email address, then you should use the "Contact Us (Help Tool)" link below and follow the instructions there. However, we will only assist you if you have been unable to use the automatic password restore tool.

Remember to NEVER give your Habbo password or ANY personal details out to anyone EVER. Habbo Staff will NEVER ask you for your password.

Why do I have to enter my current password to change it?

We have to be sure that this is really you, and not someone else trying to change your details! Only you have to know the current password and date of birth on your account, so before you make any changes to your details you are asked for this information.

IMPORTANT: Keep your personal details (including your password, email address and birthday) a secret. That way no one will never steal your account. Habbo staff will NEVER ask for your password.
