Everytime you purchase Habbo credits, you will be given a voucher code. This is normally a mix of random letters and numbers. You need to change your voucher code into credits before you can spend them.

Transactions can be declined for a number of reasons including:
* Incorrect card number/expiry date/security code details being typed in
* The transaction being rejected by the card issuing bank
* Too many attempts at purchasing within a specific time frame
* Suspect fraud risk
* A temporary communications failure between Habbo's card processor and your bank when we try to process the payment.
This list doesn't cover everything - there can be many other reasons for a transaction failing.
We suggest that you try the transaction again in a few days, or use an alternative card/payment method.

You might be experiencing problems with the Habbo credits line due to the following:
1. The bill payer has blocked premium rate numbers.
2. Your number is ex-directory and we cannot see who is calling, therefore, the call will not be put through.
3. You have reached the maximum amount of calls you can make per week and your number cannot register through the system until next week.
4. You are calling from another country such as Canada or the USA.
5. You have misdialled the Habbo credits order line number. (Doh!)
6. You are calling from a Mobile phone.
7. You have fallen for a phone scam and it's not really the Habbo phone number you're calling!
8. You are not on a touch tone phone and therefore cannot use our order service.
You can't purchase credits with cash directly, however we do accept Wallie Card, paysafecard and Ukash.
These systems let you purchase vouchers at any UK retailer with a PayPoint machine with cash. You can then use these vouchers to purchase Habbo credits. To find out more about these payment options, please visit

If you have found charges for Habbo on your mobile bill, landline telephone bill or telephone or credit/debit card statement, then it is likely that a user of Habbo in your household has purchased Habbo Credits through that method.

Most of the time when you send Habbo an SMS/text message to purchase Habbo Credits, you should get a reply straight away.
However, mobile networks can sometimes get busy and responses get held in queue. You might receive your reply a few minutes or hours later.
If you haven't had a reply message, and it has been over 24 hours since you sent us a text message, then use the "Contact Us (Help Tool)" link below and choose the "Having Habbo Credits Problems" and then "SMS".
Remember to include your mobile number, so that we can look up the transaction!

The most common mistake people make is thinking that the number printed on the Ukash voucher is their Habbo credit voucher code.
