Sometimes furni purchased doesn't load immediately. This can due to technical issues, or because our servers are busy.
Close the Habbo window, log out of the site, then log-back in and re-enter Habbo and your furni should appear in your hand.
If after 24 hours, your furni has not appeared, then you should contact Player Support by using the "Contact Us (Help Tool)" link at the bottom of the page.

You need to be standing next to the holo-dice to operate it - this is so that meanies can't spoil dice-based games. To turn the holo-dice on, click on the bottom. To 'spin' the dice, double click on the dome at the top
To sit or lay down, click on the floor tile underneath the seat or bed you want to sit or lie on. To get a drink from a mini bar etc.. just double click on the item you want to interact with.
If all your furni or credits are missing someone could have gained access to your account and taken it, you may have been the unfortunate victim of another Habbo who has fooled you into giving away your personal information.
We do everything we can to make sure that Habbo is a safe place to hang out, but we always warn and educate Habbos to look out for those who try to steal their stuff. All Habbos caught stealing are banned from Habbo on a permanent basis.
An account being taken by another Habbo is a result of some form of user error. This error could be giving out their details into a fake Habbo site or by telling someone their Habbo password. It could also be having an easily guessed password or not securing their password properly; like writing it down somewhere where other people can gain access to it.
Personal computer security flaws can also be a cause, like having a keylogger or trojan horse virus on your computer.
Habbo cannot take responsibility for user-error and so we are unable to return the furniture to the user in this case. Feel free to take a look at our

We suggest that you change your Habbo password immediately, use up to date anti-virus and spyware software to scan your computer and ensure that in future you keep your password safe and secure, and known only to you.

To open a present you need to place it on the floor in one of your own Guest Rooms. Double click it, and a gift tag will appear, click on 'open the present' and the contents of the present will be moved to your hand. You can then place the item in your room by dragging it from your open hand.
When you buy a set of teleporters they come as a pair, one teleporter links to the other. If your teleporters don't link then you were traded a nonlinking set.
NOTE: There is nothing you or the Habbo staff can do to make two teleporters link. It is unwise to trade teleporters due to the large number of non-linking teleports in Habbo. Player Support will not refund or replace items you have traded for non-linking teleports.
Yes, you can stack most items on top of Rollers, but watch out, the movement makes this tricky and fun!
Unfortunately you can't put Rollers on top of any other Furni, this includes rugs and Petal Patches.
You can put a maximum of 15 Rollers in your Habbo room. If you try to put more then 15 in a room, a message will appear telling you that you have reached the Roller limit.
Rollers are moving tiles that you can place in your room. You can stand your Habbo on them, or place items of Furni on top of them, they will move a Habbo or Furni in the direction the Roller is facing.
If you place more than one roller in your room you can create a moving walkway or conveyor belt depending on how you arrange the Rollers.

Some time ago, many of the posters in Habbo were re-designed. This is because some of the old posters were branded (Britney, Scooby Doo etc) and were only for a limited time. When the promotion ended, the posters were then changed.
Furni is released when the hotel managers decide it is time. We do not allow Habbos to know of release dates as we like them to be a surprise :)
Cameras no longer work to take photos. They are just for decoration.
It is not possible to transfer items between different country Habbos. Anything purchased has to remain in the Habbo it was originally received on. So for example, if you buy something on Habbo.co.uk it cannot be transferred to Habbo.com
You can no longer drop furni in other peoples rooms. If you wish to donate/give away items you should use the safe trading method.
