Creating a Habbo account is easy!

IMPORTANT: You should always enter the correct date of birth and keep your account email address up to date
AND activated.
You will need to know your date of birth to change the email or password on your account. Also, if your email address is incorrect, or not activated, you will not be able to reset your email and password in the above way and you will also be unable to get help from Player Support. We don't want you to lose access to your Habbo, or your furni, so make sure to keep your information up to date!
Registering with, and using Habbo, costs nothing. You can come on, get involved, chat with friends (or make new ones!) without paying a penny! It costs nothing to create an account and explore the Habbo world!
You will see many other Habbos with nicer clothes, or private rooms full of furniture (known as "furni"). They get these by purchasing Habbo credits.
Credits are Habbo's currency and can be used for a variety of things. Habbo Credits allow you to decorate your room with cool Habbo Furni, adopt a pet, buy gifts for your friends, or join
Habbo Club (our exclusive VIP club) amongst many other things!

From time to time the Hotel Manager will email Habbo users with details of updates, cool campaigns, celebrity visits, credits offers, other fun stuff that is happening in Habbo.
To make sure you hear about all the latest Habbo news follow these steps:
* Log into habbo.co.uk
* Click on "Account Settings"
* Click on "Email"
* Tick the "Yes, please send me Habbo updates, including the newsletter!" box and follow the onscreen instructions.
To verify your email address, please do the following:
* If you still have your registration email (the one Habbo sent you when you signed up), you can click the link in the email to verify your account now.
* If you don't have the email anymore, you can verify your email by logging into your account and clicking "Account Settings" then "Email" and follow the instructions on the screen.
If the email on your account is incorrect, is from AOL/Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live or is just one you no longer use you can update your Habbo account with a new email address and activate it to make sure you receive Habbo emails.
To change the email address on your account, log into to the Habbo website, and click on "Account Settings" then "Email" and follow the on screen instructions.
When you enter a new email address, an email will be sent to your new email address to activate/verify that address is correct. To activate/verify that email address, just click the link in the email.
To do this, you will need to know the date of birth registered on your Habbo account. If you don't know it, please read the "I do not remember the birth date I put on my account, what can I do?" section of the FAQ's
Once you have made a Habbo account you cannot change the name of that account.
If you wish to have a different Habbo name, you may choose to
register a new account and move your furni to the new name.
IMPORTANT: We cannot transfer badges, pets, wallpaper or floor coverings to another account.
Habbo will occasionally free up accounts that have been registered a long time ago but have not been used. This is not done by request; the process takes place at random times in the year and at Habbo's discretion. The reason it is done at random times is because it gives ALL Habbo users an equal chance of registering the account name they desire.
We will NEVER delete an account that has purchased credits or furniture in the past and/or has accessed Habbo Hotel in the past 12 months. Just because you cannot see rooms or furni, it doesn't mean that Habbo doesn't have credits in their purse, or furni in their hand.
We have to be sure that this is really you, and not someone else trying to change your details! Only you have to know the current password and date of birth on your account, so before you make any changes to your details you are asked for this information.
IMPORTANT: Keep your personal details (including your password, email address and birthday) a secret. That way no one will never steal your account. Habbo staff will NEVER ask for your password.
Habbo staff do NOT have the ability to change your date of birth, so it is important for you to remember the details you gave us when you created your Habbo account.
If you cannot remember the date of birth on your account, then you can contact Habbo through the "Contact Us (Help Tool) link at the bottom of this page. If you can supply them with the following information, Player Support will send you the date of birth listed on your account.
The information they need is:
* Email address used to create the account
* Details of any other email addresses on the account
* Your ISP (Internet server provider - AOL, BT, Virgin Media etc)
* Details of any bans on the account
* Details of all Credit transactions and payment methods (credit card, mobile phone, home phone etc - if you used a phone, please include the phone number too!)

NOTE: If you do not include all of the above information in your original email then we will be unable to send you the information you require.
No, we cannot.
You can retrieve a list of all your accounts automatically by visiting
this page. Player Support cannot provide this list for you.
We do not delete accounts at request.
If you no longer wish to use an account you can take all your furni off it, delete all rooms and spend all credits, the account will then be removed the next time that Sulake clear out unused names.
We never delete accounts with furni items, credits or that have been recently accessed.
