If you are have a question or problem regarding the Navigator, then you should read through these Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I use the navigator?

The Navigator is divided into two sections, Public Spaces and Guest Rooms.

Both tabs are divided into categories as well, which separate rooms depending on what they are. For example, all the Lobbies are in the 'Lobbies' category. Just click on it to be taken to them. You can always click the arrows to go back.

With Guest Rooms, you can now add your room to a category to make it easier for other Habbos to find. You can change which category your room is in at any time.

You can also see which rooms are popular with the Navigator. If the room is full, the 'go' button is highlighted in red, if it's nearly full the 'go' button is highlighted in yellow, if there's lots of space but some Habbos inside, it's highlighted in green and if there's no-one in there, it's just grey.

The Navigator has lots of other features. Have a look for yourself... You can't break it!

What do the different categories mean?

Categories make rooms easier to find. Habbos are often looking for a particular kind of room, so by putting them into categories it's easier to find the room you want.

You can add your room to any of the categories, but you will get more visitors if you place it in the right category. There is no point in putting your hot and happening nightclub in the games category, or your fiendishly difficult maze in the with the party rooms as the Habbos searching in that category won't be interested in visiting it!

How do I put my room into one of the categories?

To choose a category for your room, click 'modify' in the Navigator (in the ”Own rooms” view, click the room you want to modify and then "modify" button) and then pick the category from the drop down list.

When you’ve chosen, everybody can find your room in that category as long as you're in the room. In fact every category view, works in the same way as the good old popular guest rooms list. So the more Habbos in your room, the higher on the list your room will be!

What will happen if I don't put my room into one of the categories?

Every time you load the room you will get a notice to remind you that your room is not in a category. Don't worry - it's not required for you to put your room in a category!

However, if you don't put your room in a category, there is less chance of it being popular!

What does it mean when it says "Your Room Has No Category, Select One From The List"?

It just means you haven't selected a category for it.

You don't have to put your room in a category - but it will help your room become more popular if you do!

To select one, click 'modify' in the Navigator (in the "Own rooms" view), then follow the instructions on screen.

What does the green, yellow and red "Go" button mean?

The red, yellow and green highlighting the 'Go' button are indications of how popular the room is.

If the room is full, the 'go' button is highlighted in red, if it's nearly full the 'go' button is highlighted in yellow, if there's lots of space but some Habbos inside, it's highlighted in green and if there's no-one in there, it's just grey. It's warning you how busy it's going to be before you get in there!

Why can I not trade in some rooms?

To give Habbos who do and don't like trading more choice, you can now only trade in some of the categories. This mean if you put your room in the Sporty rooms category, you WILL be able to trade in there but if it's in the Discussion Rooms one, you won't.

If you want to be able to trade in your room, you just have to make sure it's listed under a category that lets you.
The categories you can trade in are:

* Trading Rooms
* Gaming & Race Rooms
* Hair Salons & Modelling Rooms
* Club & Group Rooms
* Restaurant, Bar & Night Club Rooms
* All Other Rooms

How do I use the new Navigator?

The front page of the new Navigator is divided into Official Rooms Habbo has created and Popular Rooms created by players which have lots of visitors.

The 'Everyone' tab lists all rooms created by players in themed categories.

The 'Me' tab lists rooms you have created, rooms you have made your favourites and rooms you have recently visited.

The 'Friends' tab lists the rooms which your friends are currently in (if their privacy settings allow you to see them online) and a list of rooms your friends have created.

The 'Search' tab allows you to search rooms players have created by keywords.
