Backgrounds
Backgrounds can be bought in the web catalogue to decorate your Home page or Group page.

Badges
A graphic icon won from participating in certain competitions and events in Habbo. You can show off all your Badges on your homepage using the Badge Widget (‘Edit’ page> Inventory). Groups have badges too. Join a group and make it your favourite to show the Group Badge.

Battle Ball, BB
A game where you have to get as many squares lit up to beat the other team. To play, go into the Hotel and click the Joystick Icon in the bottom navigation bar of the hotel window to pull up the Games menu. Get more BB tips by clicking the Games tab in the top navigation on your Habbo home page.

Bobba Filter
A filter that changes swear words into “bobba”. This feature can be turned off or under Account Settings > My Preferences.

Catalogue
A place to buy furniture. From inside the Hotel, click the Chair Icon in the bottom navigation.

Click Trick, Drag Click, CT, Crazy Click
A small, very discreet place to click to move to the next seat in a maze. This is a technique usually used in mazes where the normal click spot on the floor is covered with an obstacle.
1) click mouse button down on a nearby space
2) without releasing button, drag mouse to the blocked area
3) release mouse button
If you do this correctly, the system will believe you clicked under the blocked area and let you move to that space. It works best when you have to drag only a short distance.
This can take practice to learn, and may not always work.

Clone
A secondary Habbo account.

Credits
Credits is the Habbo currency used to buy furniture, web stickers and Habbo Club memberships. Click on the Credits tab to buy some. Credits can be purchased with a mobile phone, credit/debit card, direct debit, home phone or by a Prepaid Card like Wallie.

Dicemaster, DM
The DiceMaster is a Habbo Club item received in your seventh month of being Habbo Club. Click on this item to land on a number between one and six. This is used in various room games.

Ecotron
A page in the Catalogue where you can recycle your old furniture for something new.
Certain items, such as Pets, Teleports, etc. can’t be recycled.

Flooding
When Habbos type too much it causes the room to be filled with speech bubbles. Hence the screen is flooded.

f/r, Friend request
Can be sent by (1) In the Hotel, select the Habbo you want to add as a friend and click “Ask to be Friends” (2) Go to the Habbo’s homepage and click “Add as Friend.” Once accepted, the sender and receiver are added to each other’s Friend List.

Friends List
A list of your friends. Clicking the arrow icon takes you to the same room as your friend. (This only appears if they have “Follow Me” turned on in their Account Settings). Click the speech bubble to chat with your friend.

Friends Widget
A graphic widget given to all Habbos that can be placed and displayed on a user’s homepage. This widget displays all of your friends in alphabetical order and links to their homepage.

Furni
Short for furniture. The things you can buy in the Catalogue or trade with your friends.

Groups
Groups are clubs that you can create or join. Some groups are exclusive. Each group has a group page and a badge. If you are the owner of the group, you can edit the page and make your friend “admins” of your group, then they too will be able to edit the page content.

Guestbook
The Guestbook is a widget on the homepage or group page, where Habbos can leave messages.

HC Sofa, Club Sofa, 1.0, Pure
The very first gift you receive when you join Habbo Club. Often used when trading for other furniture. 1.0 refers to the cost of one HC (Club Sofa) and is used as a prime transfer of trade. HC Pure is an actual HC Sofa, not something with the same value of the HC Sofa.

HV, Hotel View
Hotel View is the screen of the outside of the hotel, which many go to when they are going to be Away from keyboard). For example: I have to go eat dinner, so I’ll be on HV until I get back. Bye!

ICM, Ice Cream Maker
An acronym for the rare Ice Cream Maker furniture item. Often noted with a colour, such as AICM = Aqua Ice Cream Maker

IM, Instant Message
The Chat Tool icon is found at the bottom of your screen in the Hotel. Its like AIM or Microsoft Messenger messaging. Press the Speech Bubble to talk to 1 person on your friend list, to invite your WHOLE Online Friends list, click everyone’s faces and to make their section blue.

Imperial Teleports
Commonly known as the Habbo Club Imperial TeleportBobbaample: I’ll trade you a sack for your Imps.

Infobus
A bus where experts from various organizations hold live talks to educate Habbos about different topics.

Kick, Kik
When you use the kick button to remove a Habbo from your room.

Mood Light
A Dimmer that changes the room colour and background depending on the colour on your wall and floor that you can buy it in the Furniture Catalogue under Accessories.

Rights
If you have rights to somebody’s room you can move their furni, and kick other Habbos.

RPG, Role Playing Game
In a Role Playing Games You Should Use * or - around your words to show action. For example: *turns into frog* Role-playing games on Habbo are a good way to meet new friends. Find Role Playing Games on the RPG Floor in the Hotel Navigator.

Stickers
A graphic item that you can buy from the web catalogue to decorate your homepages and group pages.

Tele, Teleport
Furni used for transporting from one place to another.

SS, SnowStorm
A game where you throw snowballs at your opponent to gain points.
