Sadly due to the saddening acts and individual's being so 'narrow-minded' I've had to result to a zero-tolerance policy for the Vegetarian group. You'd probably think vegetarian's are just normal people, just like everyone else in society, that is how Vegetarian's are.
However in the internet world, younger and immature members can't seem to understand and accept Vegetarian's, since they know they can get away with 'offending' them, and thus get kicks from it (Sad, we know.) - It's a bit like being homophobic or racist, you don't get many people doing it in real life, but the internet is full of it, same case for this Vegetarian group.
This thread of rules applies for the forum and guestbook: - Obey the Habbo Way of course, if you see a post breaking the Habbo Way, please report it using the usual methods. This includes offensive and upsetting posts.
- Please do not name call anyone or lay a name down on anyone, your entitled to your own opinion but calling someone 'scum of the earth' for example is different and will not be accepted.
- Do not deliberately try to upset or offend user's, this includes 'meat eaters' offending vegetarians and vice versa.
- Do not write pointless messages, pointless messages includes short posts such as ':)' or 'LOL', or off-topic and useless posts
- Please stick to Vegetarian topic's only, as we are a vegetarian group we don't want threads about your views on world politics.
- Respect EVERYONE even if you disagree with their view
- Don't mess around or have a laugh, you may find it hilarious to post 'yummm wouldn't you just love a bacon cob?' - This isn't clever or funny from a vegetarian's perspective, for obvious reason's we don't find one at all attractive and it's just a filthy way of 'taking the mick'.
- Please don't tell people to do things, for example don't tell people to become vegetarian or to boycott KFC, simply advise instead of telling them as we are a vegetarian group of friend's, not of preaching.
Any threads or posts or messages that break the rules above or don't use any common sense will be locked and deleted no matter who you are, we won't think twice. You'll also be quickly added to the 'banned list'
The banned list The banned list is for pathetic moron's with no life's who feel the need to break the rule's and offend other users. You can be removed from the banned list but it is unlikely. When you are on the banned list, any post you make at all will be deleted by one of the group administrator's unless it is an serious apology.
We'll easily inform you when your banned, and you'll be added to this thread so then all administrator's know who to look out for.
If it continues we'll contact Habbo and ask for them to step in.
This group is moderated and ran by myself, Boreddd123 and pink.munky
PLEASE DO NOT STEREOTYPE OR GROUP VEGETARIAN'S, WE ARE NOT ALL 'HIPPIES' AND ANIMAL RIGHTS PROTESTERS, SOME VEGETARIAN'S SIMPLY DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF MEAT. YOUR ENTITLED TO WRITE YOU LIKE MEAT AND WHY, BUT NOT THAT YOU THINK VEGETARIAN'S ARE BAD, PLEASE RESPECT OUR VIEWS BECAUSE WE RESPECT YOURS, WE ARE NOT TELLING ANYONE TO BECOME VEGETARIAN.
EDIT (14th March):I would like to add 2 new rules: - Please do not quote and argue with pathetic posts that breaks the rule, this is just as bad, simply wait for us to delete it, just don't argue at all, there's no point and it's just clutter.
- Constructive posts only, only post if you have something decent to say or to help someone, it must have some substance and be of a decent length.
I would also like to add FABribo2 to the banned list, all posts, messages and threads by this user will be deleted by an administrator.
