habbed.net has a great owner and he puts in loads of effort so i think that his site derserves to become official so he gets the users his site deserves

Why it should be made official? Basically I personally think that the layout is good, the amount of up to date information such as, good stacking guides, helpful tips to avoid hackers, (habbo hotel guide section) rules are clear on the forum and also have to still follow the habbo way :). What more can you ask for? Its always good for sites to take criticism as long as they are happy with it, and what I have read in the forum, 1 forum staff asking for criticism to improve the forum, I don't often see that on forums and this is a first for me. A criticism I would like to make is that, the forum needs to hold more "events" BUT this could be that the forum has not be open that long so therefore may do events later if they feel they have alot of members.
