Who are MODs?
MODs (Short for Moderators) keep the hotel safe. They are paid staff that have access to a wide variety of tools to ensure everyone is following the rules, regulations and terms of service. They are available 24 hours a day, 365 + 1/2 days a year. MODs can now help with account issues such as bans and forgetting DOBs. Think of a MOD as a mini-player support member.

Habbo Xs are usually found in the Welcome Lounge or Safety Spa and all have an "X" badge which is always shown when asked.
