Habbo Guide Members are always there to help a new Habbo. If you do not see any of them coming to your room, the guide(r) may have a list of Habbos (s)he musBobbach out for. Remember, Habbo Guide(r)'s may only guide up to 10 Habbos for 3 days, once it is done, the Habbo Guide(r) is available for helping a new Habbo. Not all Habbo Guide(r)'s are always available, but there is a seldom few that are on always when you need them.
