How do I find out my Flash and Shockwave Info?

The Shockwave version is displayed below the Shockwave Player logo.

The Flash version is displayed by clicking on the About tab by the Flash Player logo.

Note: If you don’t see one or the other logs described above at the website linked to, it means you do not have that plug-in on your machine and you should state this in your Problem Report.

How do I find out my browser version?

Internet Explorer
Click on the Help menu at the top and select ‘About Internet Explorer’

Firefox
Click on the Help menu at the top and select ‘About Mozilla Firefox’

Safari
Click on the word Safari in the top left of the browser and select ‘About Safari’

How do I find my Operation System info?

Windows
Click on the Start button and right click on ‘My Computer’. Select Properties and then the General tab.
OR
Click on the Start button and right click on ‘Computer’. Select Properties
OR
If you have a shortcut on your desktop to either ‘Computer’ or ‘My Computer’, right click on it and select Properties

Macintosh
Click on the apple at the top left of screen and select About This Mac. Click on More Info, select Software and you'll see System Version.
