There is also other ways of reporting issues to the moderation team. If say someone had a inapropriate room name or inapropriate mission, you can report these issues VIA habbo homes. Click show report buttons at the top right and the report buttons in the widgets will appear. You are then able to report groups/rooms or missions. This is easier for the moderation team to deal with these issues.

High Priority:

- Giving away personal information such as cam, address or phone numbers

- Arranging to meet up online

- Personal threats or dangrous behaviour

- Bobbaual activities

- Vulgarity/fraud

- Tricking others into giving habbo login information

- Giving out websites that plant viruses or trick you into giving login information

Low Priority:

- Swearing/Flooding/Blocking

- Scripting (depending how harmless it is)

What is the priority levels for the CFH?

Due to the amount of calls a moderator will get when on duty the CFH has a priority level.

What is the CFH?

The CFH also known as Call For Help is the online customer service tool for Habbo Hotel. The CFH is located on the help options. Click on the blue question mark at the bottom right, then click on Live Help! You will then see an option for emergency help (herassment etc..) select this option. Then in the report message explain the situation and what has happened. Then click ok to send and the situation will be delt with ASAP!

Who operates the CFH?

The hotel has a team of Moderators in Habbo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moderators work in 4 hour shift intervals. Moderators are carefully selected, police vetted and fully trained members of Habbo staff. They can send warnings to misbehaving Habbos, kick them out of rooms or even ban them from Habbo. The role of the moderation team is to give advice and punish users if required to.

How does the CFH work?

The Call For Help is managed by a team of moderation staff that work for Habbo Hotel. When you send a Call For Help it will be sent to a member of the moderation staff for them to pick up and deal with the problem. Moderation staff have all the tools needed to deal with a live chat situation. When you send a Call For Help it will also send an attached chat log of about the last 2 or 3 minutes of what was said in the room.

When should i use the CFH?

The Call For Help should only be used in an emergency. It should only be used in live chat situations. Anytime you feel your safety is at risk or a member of the habbo community trying to trick another habbo into giving login information. It should also be used if someone is giving away personal information.

For low priority situations there are simple soloutions to the problems..

Swearing - Turn filter on
Flooding - Press shutup
Blocking - Simply ignore them (they get bored)
Scripting - Ignore them or leave the room

Other situations such as appealing against a ban or forgetting your pass you do not use the CFH. Player Support deal with account problems. Click contact us at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions!
