What do you do if someone online asks for you to go on cam?
Should I accept files on Instant Messengers from people I don't know all that well?
Once a week is beneficial, but you can scan for them more often.

How often must I scan for viruses and other threats?
NO NO NO NO NO AND NO!
You shouldn't accept files on Instant Messenger as you do not know of there are any hidden files, like viruses, attached to the file..
An easier option for this is to either find the file yourself on a trusted site, or ask this person to host an image on websites such as imageshack or tinypic.
But NEVER accept the file!

It's a pretty simple answer... No.
Many users online offer people to go on cam, but how do you know that they're genuine? You don't...
For all you know, they could be 70... Or maybe the opposite gender to what they say they are...
So the best thing to do is to say no and report the Habbo member to an online moderator using the Call for Help tool.

Can I get free furni and credits?
No! You cannot ever get free creds, unless Habbo offer them to you, but they'd automatically be added to your Habbo account.
There are sites that 'offer' free creds and furni, but they are dangerous sites so they're NOT to be visited as you could lose your Habbo account, and a lot more.
If someone advertises a scam site, report it to an online moderator and they'll take the necessary action.
