Call For Help is used every-day by Habbos needing emergency assistance. It can be located on the blue "?" on the bottom right hand of you're screen whilst on the hotel. However, you have to be in a room to get emergency help. Once opened the blue "?" press "Get Live Help" at the top of the menu in the red writing. Then select, "a serious issue (harrasment, Bobbaual behaviour)" then you should see a text box. Type in you're issue there! (Emergency only!)
