 I need a bit of help.

Everytime I try to log in the hotel something pops up "This application requires an Xtra (Text) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s).

When I click ok something else pops up..

This shockwave movie has errors, please contact the author of this content. Shockwave is unable to continue blah blah..

Help?!
