When rights are purchased, the buyer agrees to this policy and the main casino rules. You agree that there is one person and one person only who uses your account and that the price of rights only applies to one user. Rights are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another account without penalty. Keep in mind however that you must prove ownership of the previous account by having the rights removed first.
