The European Nomads
Nomads are described in the American Nomads note. The first of the Europeans is Alistair. Alistair is a tracker, though he can only feel an elusive pull towards the person. The second: Charles and Makenna. Charles can tell when someone is telling the truth. Makenna has no gift.

Carlisle
Carlisle was the son of an Anglican pastor when he was alive, in the 1640's. His father chased super-natural creatures like werewolves and vampires. As his father aged, Carlisle had to take over that job, and despite his hatred of killing things, he was clever enough to find a real coven of vampires living in the London sewers. In the diasaster that followed, he was bitten but not drained, and crawled away to a potato cellar. He hid there for three days,

The Volturi Coven
Aro is the leader of this coven. He can read every thought a person's mind has ever held by touching them. His mate Sulpicia has no talent. Caius has no talent and neither does his mate Athenodora. Marcus can read the bonds between people. His mate Didyme brought an aura of happiness wherever she went, but Aro killed her because she and Marcus planned to run away and forget Aro's plans for domination.

The Egyptian Coven
Amun is the leader of this coven. He has no talent and neither does his mate Kebi. Benjamin can control the elements but his mate Tia can't do anything.

The Volturi Gaurd
This is not a true coven and does not have a leader. Alec can cut off peoples senses so they cannot see, hear, feel etc. Has no mate. Chelsea can loosen or tighten the bonds between people. Her mate is Afton, though we dont know his talent. Corin has no mate and we don't know his talent. Demitri is the best tracker in the world. Felix has no mate or talent. Heidi creates illusions of people's desires. Jane can cause agony. Renata is a shield. Santiago has no talent.

The Denali Coven
Tanya is the leader of this coven. She has no talent and no mate. Her sister Irina's mate Laurent was killed, and she has no talent either. Kate can make an electric current run all over her skin, and becomes mates with Garrett after facing the Volturi. The previous three's mother (excluding Garrett) was killed for creating the immortal child Vasilii. Eleazer can tell what other vampire's talents are, but his mate Carmen does not have a talent.

The Amazon Coven
We don't quite know who the leader of this coven is but it is most probably Zafrina. She can create Illusion surroundings. Senna has no mate and no talent, neither does Kachiri.

The American Nomads
Nomads are vampires who wander alone or in small groups. The first is Garrett. He has no talent, but at the end of Breaking Dawn he becomes Kate's mate. He is an adventurer. The second is Mary. She has no mate or talent. The third: Peter and Charlotte are mates. Neither of them has a talent. The final one is Randall. He has no mate or talent.

he caught Spanish Influenza. His father had died in the first wave, and now his mother lay dying as well. Before she actually died, she begged Carlisle to save her son in any way possible. Carlisle wondered at the time if she knew what he was. Edward was eventually transformed into a vampire, being the first of Carlisle's coven.

Esme was transformed after she tryed to perform Bobba, because her child died. She failed to kill herself, but was very nearly dead, when Carlisle

Carlisle is the head of this coven. He has no talent and neither does his mate Esme. Rosalie hasn't got a talent and and neither does her mate Emmett. Alice can see into the future though she can only see what people have decided. Her mate Jasper can change other people's emotions. Edward can read other people's thought's and his mate Bella can shield people from vampire talents which are in the mind. Their daughter Renesmee can project her thoughts.
