Sound Engineer - Calling all musicians! This job needs you! Well. If you have the guts to make your own songs, sounds and effects! It's not easy to make your own song from scratch, get the instruments and then fit it together! You'll need your maths skills to help you fit together the different melodies and work out how long the song would go on for! You'd have to work out the BPM and then get it ready to be published. As i said, it ain't easy!

Many animals are starting to feel the heat and they aren't too happy! What the marine biologists try to do is to find new ways of keeping the animals cool as ice cubes and happy as hyenas! They use different housing techniques (some with wacky designs!) and make sure they have plenty of water.
Sometimes though they have to try and find new ways to keep the animals happy! They travel all over the country and sometimes abroad! Wow!

Structural Engineer - Your house was probably built by one of these people! No exspenses wasted with as much space as possible! If it wasn't it would be more likely to collapse! Ahhh! Maths is definately needed for this with nearly all the beams, walls, doors and windows need to be exactly in place on the plans or the house wouldn't fit together! Many man hours are spent to get just one room perfect! Golly!

Simple addition, multiplication, division and subtraction might just be your average Maths but you'll need it alot if you want to do anything with computers! If your going to create a new program you're going to need to know how many lines you'll need to make it do this, that and the other!
Many other things require you to have good Mental Maths skills to work out on the spot problems! It may seem easy in class but when in the real world its as hard as steel!
