    What is it for? It's a license that gives you the legal right to carry small arms.

    What are small arms? Small arms are weapons like Pistols, Small Sub-Machine Guns (For PRPG) and knives.

    What happens if I don't have a license?
    If you don't have a license you could be arrested for illegally possessing a dangerous weapon and face criminal charges.

    I want to join, but do i have to be in a special RPG or something?
