When I Joined, Guides Weren't ACTUALLY around so I hadn't a clue how to do anything so people called me a noob, Lol! I Understood it the next day after working it out on my own :]

I have been scammed of all my furni once and when i first got credits i was hacked and i lost my credits-will habbo fix it to make it more safe as my mum will not buy any more credits until it is sorted out which is upsetting for me and my mum is woriied about the situation

Your parents are able to contact Habbo through the Habbo Help Tool if they are concerned. It's best to check the parents guide for more information. Please make sure you check the safety section as another habbo has already suggested. Habbo can't refund any items due to the fault being user error. Try and read up on the information so you're ready if someone tries it again!
