You need to explain why they are bad, then Habbo will be able to use your idea, to possibly remove them. They are anyway just something to cover up while the Guide system isn't working.
Guide bots are actually quite useful to brand new players, who have never, ever played Habbo. It explains mostly everything you could need to know on your first visit. I'm all for them, just not the amount they have to say at once! :P
