you can help 10 people at a time through your guide tool then you can go to random places like the Welcome Lounge where new habbos seem to like to be, and say "If anyone has questions or need help, I'm here"
Could we get the guided habbos automatically moved into a special folder in the contacts list as soon as you get into their room, it would be much easier to monitor them rather than doing it manually.

That would be a good idea, but that what the friend management section is there for, as soon as you help someone, you can add them to this section :)
