sometimes, in poorer cities and stuff.. people know no different and become a teenage mother by accident. the people i dont have a problem with is people who learn from their mistake and go and live a life & raise their child properly. The people who annoy me are people who think its their right to have tons of kids and claim benefits & not go to work
also teenagers of 13/14 shouldnt rly do it. at the end of the day theyre pretty stupid if they do because whatever happens they'll probably be ashamed of it when theyr older (unless for some reason they marry the guy they did it with) & the health risks are huge

It's a very relaxed 'law' - it's not like the police are going to invade your bedroom when your doing it with your BF LOL. What it means is that people should basically should wait until they are ready and maturer to appriate more, thats all haha.
