To new people, we will hold events and have a good time, this is just a social group really, the name was a spur of the moment :P Any way check in with us and make sure to read up plenty. Rising in ranks allows you to have more say in events, and gains you access to specific areas, and allows you to be in certain events, so join up and join in :D

Find someone who is a member and ask if you can join.
Search EOC Evil HQ and talk to someone there

It costs increasingly more when you get to higher lesser ranks (see stickie in the HQ) and Officer Ranks are only avalible to whoever i think should have them.
