The owner knows fine well Lolita is capable of being moved to a sea pen but he still won't let her go. The way Lolita was captured was HORRIBLE! They captured around 10 of the pod and only lolita survived the rest drowned. And were cut open rock put inside them and anchored to the bottom of the ocean on a secret midnight mission so no one knew but all these facts have been realsed.
No one knows if lolita is happy or not but no one is certainly happy about her living conditions.
