Yes but sometimes people don't label themselves - they are stereotyped and labelled by others when they are simply acting/dressing etc how they want, and are discriminated against for that.

Being a label does still make you Equal but maybe if they're making such a big fuss saying "We're Not Equal" maybe they shouldnt label them selfs. Diffrent Races and sexuality is a much bigger deal then half the time "Emos" "Goths" may bring it in them selfs in one way or another. I'm fairly sure you cant count being a diffrent label and people doing something to discriminate to you about it hardly making you unequal.
