Yes it has been something that hasn't changed, it is a hand that pops out in the corner of your screen.
Your not going to miss it. You just need to get used to the new version of habbo, now stop being silly with all the drama 'Oh im guna miss you'

And? It's stayed with us for like, I don't know, 7-8-9 years... and besides, it's even better than the stupid box. People miss it because they probably don't like the box, so..
