With the Irish Sea kicking up a roar and the Sulake private jet being grounded, both Lost_Witness and I were stuck up a creek without a paddle. Thankfully colmc came to the rescue and has tracked down the writer of Skulduggery Pleasant , in deepest, darkest Ireland and convinced him to come into Habbo and chat to us about all things literature.

Deep breath… Right. Skulduggery Pleasant is a fire-throwing, wise-cracking detective with a serious talent for magic. He is a master of dirty tricks, but the most important thing about him is that he’s… well, dead. Luckily he has a sidekick called Valkyrie Cain who is very much alive and well. Unluckily, she’s only thirteen, and still lives at home – even if she is pretty good with magic too. Together, they battle the forces of evil, including the notorious Baron Vengeous and Serpine, as well as the mysterious Diablerie.
