After seeing my extravagant plans for a thirteen part TV show where I search for my assistant in the city of London rejected by HQ, it was mutually agreed that the good old fashioned application form and interview approach would have to do. Fortunately for me, and indeed each and every single one of you, it worked out very well and having considered dozens of applicants, we are now finally ready to make the announcement.
