Good news! The health scare is finally over as Kitchen Inspectors have found the cause of the food poisoning. It seems that Piers has been making some fundamental errors in the Kitchen and mixed his raw meats with his fruit and vegetables. Nasty!
Fortunately for Piers, it's just his first written warning, so he is able to take part in some re training and then carry on his merry way in the Hotel Kitchen.
