Howdy cowboy! We in football country!

The home of high school American football, oil and the TV show Dallas is upon us - the boys are in the Lone Star State of Texas!

Making the short trip from New Orleans, the boys have arrived in Houston, Texas!

Whether you got a cowboy hat or a sombrero, you are welcome here.

Not only does Houston have one of the most obese populations in the US, it also literally boasts the title of the biggest city in Texas.

Houston is a multicultural city with a large and growing international community. It has one of the largest Indian and Pakistani communities in the United States.

It's history, like most on the frontier, has a simple creation story. In August 1836, John Kirby Allen and Augustus Chapman Allen, two Yankee real estate entrepreneurs, purchased 6,642 acres of land along Buffalo Bayou with the intent of founding a city.

The Allen brothers decided to name the city after former President Sam Houston, the popular general of the Texans at the Battle of San Jacinto.

Like all good Western states, Texas was ripe for buffalo herders. And now, the big men of Texas offer you their best meat, a nice big juicy buffalo steak.

Bucho6 likes his medium-rare and Lost_Witness medium. Pohjola however likes it blue. Bluer the better! Steaks are now available with some mash and peas in the catalogue.

Enjoy our stop today because tomorrow we have a mammoth ride to Vegas!
